Witches Fingers

Halloween is coming and the fingers, they look good J

  • 125g icing sugar

     

  • 125g ground almonds

     

  • 100g plain flour

     

  • 2 egg whites, lightly beaten

     

  • 1tsp almond extract

     

  • 12 plain almonds

Directions

  1. Mix sugar, ground almonds and flour. Add almond extract and egg whites and mix to a dough.
  2. Cover and pop in the fridge for an hour.
  3. Remove, using tablespoonfulls, roll into a rough sausage shape. Set onto a lined tray and shape into a finger. Use a knife to add knuckle lines and push an almond into the tip. Pop in the oven and bake for 10mins.
