Soya Bean Dip

I love dips, especially as a side to wedges or salad dinners. This one is no exception, it is a great way to get beans and vegetables into you and your kids in a sneaky but tasty way.




  • 150g soya beans, defrosted


  • 1 carton butter beans


  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed


  • 3tbsp tahini


  • 1tbsp smooth peanut butter


  • Glug of oil


  • Glug of water


  • Salt


  1. Put everything into a blender and blitz. Add more water if you like it thinner, and less if you want it thick.
