I love dips, especially as a side to wedges or salad dinners. This one is no exception, it is a great way to get beans and vegetables into you and your kids in a sneaky but tasty way.

- 150g soya beans, defrosted
- 1 carton butter beans
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 3tbsp tahini
- 1tbsp smooth peanut butter
- Glug of oil
- Glug of water
- Salt
Directions
- Put everything into a blender and blitz. Add more water if you like it thinner, and less if you want it thick.
