Oh but I love sweet, garlicky chicken!!
- 10 boned chicken thighs
- 100g butter
- 4tbsp vinegar
- 4tbsp honey
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1tsp mustard powder
- 1tsp marjoram
- Melt the butter and add all remaining ingredient except the chicken.
- Put the chicken in an ovenproof dish, pour the butter mix over and marinade for 30mins.
- Put under a hot grill and cook, turning regularly for 5mins. Turn the grill down and cook for a further 15mins turning all the time. Serve with tossed potato and salad.
