These are amazinggggg!! Eat them as a snack. Throw them into a picnic or even better, nibble them with drinks J
- 200g almonds
- Handful of mixed seeds
- 3tbsp maple syrup
- 3tbsp cinnamon
- 1tbsp ginger
- Heat the maple and spices over a love heat until mixed and simmering. Stir in the nuts and seeds.
- Spread onto a lined baking sheet and cook for 20mins. Turn half way to ensure they get crisp all over. Leave to cool completely.
