These are a great take on the original BUT they are SUGAR FREE and so easy to make. Plus, they can go in the kids lunchbox.

- 100g grated carrot
- 80g wholemeal flour
- 80g chopped dates
- 1 mashed banana
- 50ml oil
- 2 eggs
- 1tsp baking powder
- 1tsp cinnamon
- 1tsp all spice
Directions
- Combine the carrots and flour and set aside.
- Mix all remaining ingredient together in a separate bowl.
- Combine both and spoon into cases. Bake for around 20-25mins.
