Everyone loves carrots – why not make them colourful? Roast them in honey and serve them as a side.

Ingredients
- 150g coloured carrots, halved length ways and then halved again
- 1tbsp oil
- 2tbsp honey
Directions
- Slice the carrots. Toss in honey and oil and roast for 25-30minutes.
