These are great for people who can not eat nuts – there are so many sweet products that have traces of nuts and too much processed sugar. These will satisfy everyone 🙂 I make them to take to parties and when friends come over – there are never leftovers 🙂
- 100g each: dried apricots, dates and raisins
- 80g tahini
- Blitz these in the food processor until it sticks together.
- Transfer to bowl – squidge with clean hands to combine all.
- Shape into balls and roll in desiccated coconut. Put in fridge until the kettle is boiled and enjoy!
