Healthy Banana Bread

This is possibly my best recipe yet! NO REFINED SUGAR!! Sweet, sticky, healthy and it vanished in two minutes in my house!

Serves (depends how quickly they grab it)

Oven 180c

  • 150g dates, soaked

     

  • 75g butter, melted

     

  • 75ml maple syrup

     

  • 3 eggs

     

  • 3 bananas mashed

     

  • 200g wholemeal flour

     

  • 2tsp baking powder

     

  • 1/4tsp baking powder

Directions

  1. Roughly drain the dates. Tip into a food processor along with the eggs, melted butter and maple syrup. Blitz.
  2. Stir in the mashed banana, flour, baking powder and baking soda. Pour into a bread tin and bake for 1hour.
