Lunchbox Wrap

These are perfect for lunchboxes, picnics, office snacks….. packed with nutrition and simple ingredient that kids will love.

Makes 6



  • 3 wraps, halved


  • Type one – The Fish Wrap


  • ½ tin tuna


  • ¼ carrot grated


  • 1inch pieces of cucumber cut into thin matchsticks


  • (use thin sliced pepper and leaves for a change)


  • Type two – The Veggie Wrap


  • 1tbsp hummus


  • 1/4 carrot, grated


  • ¼ orange pepper thinly sliced


  • Pinch of mixed leaves


  • (use matchstick cucumber for a change)


  1. Simply lay your ½ tortilla down, lay your filling of choice about 1/3 of the way in and roll. If using hummus, spread it over the wrap first.
