These are perfect for lunchboxes, picnics, office snacks….. packed with nutrition and simple ingredient that kids will love.
- 3 wraps, halved
- Type one – The Fish Wrap
- ½ tin tuna
- ¼ carrot grated
- 1inch pieces of cucumber cut into thin matchsticks
- (use thin sliced pepper and leaves for a change)
- Type two – The Veggie Wrap
- 1tbsp hummus
- 1/4 carrot, grated
- ¼ orange pepper thinly sliced
- Pinch of mixed leaves
- (use matchstick cucumber for a change)
- Simply lay your ½ tortilla down, lay your filling of choice about 1/3 of the way in and roll. If using hummus, spread it over the wrap first.
