Miso is the new exciting flavour. It’s made from fermented soya beans (doesn’t sound delicious but used right it can be)
This marinade is delicious with meat. Tossed over vegetables. Use it sided with egg noodles and salad.
- 2tsp miso paste (I got mine in Sainsburys)
- 2tsp caster sugar
- 2tsp soy sauce
- 3tbsp black nigella seeds
- Mix all the ingredient together into a paste. Toss over your chosen veg or meat.
