Two step pasta…… blitz and go 🙂
- Jar of sundried tomatoes in their oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 2tbsp mascarpone
- 50ml water
- Parmesan to serve
- Put the sundried tomatoes, garlic, mascarpone and seasoning in a blender and blitz. Pour into a pan with the water and heat.
- Boil pasta according to instructions and toss in the sauce. Serve heaped with parmesan
