- 4 chicken breasts, diced
- 2 red peppers, diced
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 small tin of chopped pineapple, drained
- 4tbsp sesame oil
- 2tbsp corn flour
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2tbsp ginger, grated
- 6tbsp honey
- 3tbsp soy sauce
- 3tbsp tomato puree
- 9tbsp wine vinegar
- Rice and flat bread to serve
Directions
- Firstly, toss the chopped chicken in the corn flour and cook in 2tbsp of the oil until browning.
- In a separate pot, heat the remaining oil and cook the onion, peppers, garlic and pineapple.
- Add the chicken.
- Mix all the remaining ingredient in a bowl for the sauce and pour into the pot until heated through.
- Serve with rice.
