Heat the oven at 180c
Ingredients
240g plain flour
2.5tbsp baking powder
Pinch salt
240ml almond milk
180g coconut sugar
80ml olive oil
1tsp vanilla
225g blueberries
Directions
- Heat the oven and line a muffin tin.
- Mix together the flour, baking powder and salt. In a separate bowl, mix the almond milk, coconut sugar, vanilla and olive oil. Combine and stir in the blueberries.
- Spoon into muffin cases and bake for around 30 minutes.
