A lovely twist on a classic spinach side.
Ingredients
- 3tbsp toasted sesame seeds 
- 1tsp coconut sugar 
- 1tbsp tamari 
- 170g spinach 
Directions
- Set a large pot of water on to boil
- Meanwhile, grind the sesame seeds using a mortar and add the sugar and tamari.
- Add the spinach to the pot and stir until wilted. Drain and squeeze out any excess water.
- Chop the spinach, stir in the dressing and serve
