Roasted asparagus and lemon pasta salad

Ingredients
225g asparagus, chopped
1tbsp oil
450g pasta
55g sundried tomatoes, chopped
2tbsp oil from tomato jar
4 spring onions, sliced
4tbsp vegan parmesan
4tbsp parsley, chopped
1 lemon, juice and zest
Directions
- Heat oven to 200c. Place the asparagus on a baking sheet, drizzle in oil and roast for 10minutes
- . In the meantime, cook the pasta, drain and set aside
- Add all remaining ingredient, toss and serve.
