Healthy Watermelon Sorbet

A brilliant healthy alternative to a desert!


Serves 4


  • 1kg watermelon, chopped and frozen


  • 225g banana sliced and frozen


  • 1/2lime juiced


  • 1tbsp maple syrup


  1. Slice the watermelon and banana and place in the freezer.
  2. In a high power processor, blitz the fruit with the maple and lime. Transfer into a freezer safe container and freeze for 3-5hours.
