Cacao Overnight Oats

Such an easy mid week breakfast. Simply heat the pot in the morning and add your favourite toppings.


Serves 2


  • 150g oats


  • 3tbsp cacao powder (for a richer flavour, add a little cocoa)


  • Milk of choice to cover


  • Toppings – blueberries, raspberries, seeds, coconut, honey, homemade jam or nut butters


  1. Simply pour the oats into a pot and cover with milk.
  2. Stir in the cacao and pop on the lid.
  3. In the morning, stir and heat slowly on low. Spoon into bowls and sprinkle over your favourite toppings.
