Oh my! You like a crisp biscuit that blows a bomb of flavour in your mouth….yeah… so do I
- 100g wholemeal flour
- 100g ground almonds
- 20g desiccated coconut
- 1tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 40g 80% dark chocolate, chopped
- 100ml maple syrup
- 2tsp vanilla extract
- Mix all wet. Mix all dry. Combine.
- Take 1tbsp of mix, press together into a ball, lay on baking sheet and press with the heel of your hand to flatten. Do this until the mix if finished. Bake for 10minutes.
