Flap jacks THE HEALTHY WAY
- 200g oats (100g blitzed to flour)
- 100g almonds, chopped
- 50g seeds
- 50g cranberries
- 50g raisins
- 50g apricots, chopped
- 3tbsp coconut oil
- 2tbsp honey
- 2tbsp maple syrup
- 2tbsp almond butter
- Melt the butter, oil, maple and honey into a paste.
- Mix all dry and stir in the wet.
- Press into a brownie tin and bake for ten minutes.
- Leave to cool completely, then cut.
